张勇慧

二级教授,国务院特殊津贴获得者,药学院院长,教育部“长江学者”特聘教授,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,国家万人计划“科技创新领军人才”,科技部“科技创新领军人才”,国家自然科学基金创新群体骨干,湖北省自然科学基金创新群体负责人,教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”、“湖北省杰出青年科学基金”获得者,“湖北省天然药物化学与资源评价重点实验室”主任,“武汉市天然药物工程技术中心”主任。2017年暑期,作为药学代表,参加了北戴河暑期专家休假活动,受到刘云山等中央首长的亲切接见。

主持国家“重大新药创制”专项课题3项,国家高技术研究发展计划(863计划)1项,国家自然科学基金项目7项,多项省市级科研项目及企业合作项目。申请专利16项,发表论文220余篇,其中SCI收录论文150余篇,副主编或参加编写国家级教材或配套教材9部。2018年获华中科技大学三育人奖,2011年获湖北省科技进步二等奖。

主要从事天然药物生物活性成分及创新药物研究,分离和鉴定了天然产物2000余个,其中新化合物800个,包括具有全新碳架的PPAPs、细胞松弛素、萜类、聚酮等130个,隶属于67个不同的新骨架类型。其中14个化合物被Nat. Prod. Rep.评为热点化合物(Hot off the press),有药用开发前景的天然产物或衍生物8个,在复杂天然产物的结构鉴定及活性研究、微量天然产物活性筛选及作用靶点确证、活性化合物深入药理及作用机制研究等方面取得了较好的成绩。共发表通讯作者SCI论文150余篇,包括Hepatology 1(14.0)Angew.
