姚广民

姚广民,男,博士,山东省东明县人。现任华中科技大学同济医学院药学院教授、博士生导师,中国科学院新疆理化技术研究所客座研究员,入选湖北省楚天学者计划。主要从事天然药物化学与创新药物的研究与开发。先后主持国家自然科学基金、国家重大新药创制专项、省部级、校级科研项目16项,指导国家级和校级大学生创新性实验计划12项。在Natural Product Reports Organic LettersEuropean Journal of Medicinal ChemistryJournal of Natural ProductsPhytochemistryJournal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等期刊上发表论文80余篇。承担本科生《天然药物化学》和《波谱解析》,研究生《结构解析》,博士生《药物立体化学》,留学生《天然药物化学》等课程。担任中国化学快报CCL青年编委,Organic Letters、药学学报BOrganic Chemistry FrontierJournal of Organic ChemistryEuropean Journal of Medicinal ChemistryPhytochemistryJournal of Natural ProductsJournal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry等期刊审稿人。

研究方向

天然药物化学与创新药物的研究与开发。主要是从传统中草药、药用植物、微生物等天然药物资源中寻找结构新颖、具有显著生物活性的天然产物,并以此为先导化合物,通过化学结构改造、结构优化等方法从中发现高效低毒的新药候选化合物,开发出具有自主知识产权的创新药物。

目前正在系统开展杜鹃花科、石蒜科葱莲属、唇形科鼠尾草属和樟科樟属等药用植物中的活性成分及其作用机制。从中发现了具有显著抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抗炎等生物活性的化合物800余个,新化合物400多个,并对其作用机制进行了探讨,为创新药物研究奠定了基础。
