研究方向

生物技术制药及糖生物化学,重点以糖苷酶为工具酶或通过分子生物学技术构建含糖链加工相关生物酶的细胞工厂,进行食品、药物及疾病相关的糖链合成,包括功能性低聚糖、寡糖抗感染药物及肿瘤糖链相关抗原的合成,此外还涉及天然产物及药物分子的糖基化修饰研究等。

目前主持及参与国家、省部级项目10余项,在Angew Chem Int EdBioresource TechnolAppl Environ MicrobiolFood Chem等国内外学术刊物上发表科研论文40余篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者SCI论文21(其中华中科技大学认定的A类论文9),申请(含参与)并获得国家发明专利27项。
