研究方向

生物技术制药及糖生物化学:重点以生物酶或构建含糖链加工相关生物酶的细胞工厂,进行食品、药物及疾病相关的糖链合成研究,包括功能性低聚糖、寡糖抗感染药物、肿瘤糖链相关抗原、GPI锚定蛋白等糖缀合物;此外还涉及天然产物及药物分子的糖基化修饰及药理活性研究等。

目前主持及参与国家、省部级项目近20项,参编国际专著1部,在Angew Chem Int Ed,Bioresource Technol,Appl Environ Microbiol,Food Chem等国内外学术刊物上发表科研论文近50篇,其中第一作者或通讯作者论文30余篇,申请(含参与)并获得国家发明专利27项。
