胡正喜,男,湖北武汉人,华中科技大学同济医学院药学院教授、博士/硕士生导师。中药与天然药物学系,主要致力于天然药物化学及基于活性天然产物的创新药物研究工作。入选“国家高层次人才特殊支持计划”、“武汉黄鹤英才”等人才项目,主持国家重点研发计划子课题、国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目和特别资助项目等。近年来以第一或通讯作者在Angewandte Chemie International Edition、Theranostics、Natural Product Reports、Chinese Chemical Letters、Organic Letters等天然药化专业领域高水平期刊上发表SCI论文70余篇。

(1)特境微生物来源新颖活性天然产物的挖掘与功能研究
(2)华中地区中药药效物质基础研究与应用开发
主要从中药与特殊生境来源的微生物等天然药物资源中挖掘新颖活性天然产物,并以此为先导化合物,通过化学结构改造与优化、活性评价与药理机制研究等方法发现高效低毒的前药分子。近年来共分离鉴定1600余个单体化合物,包括新化合物800余个(新骨架化合物70余个),其中16个化合物被权威综述期刊Nat. Prod. Rep.评选为Hot off the press,并开展了针对心脏移植(心肌细胞保护、心脏瓣膜钙化等)、细菌耐药等重大疾病的活性筛选研究;通过跨学科交叉研究,发现了若干个具有开发价值的药源分子,为我国创新药物的研发奠定了坚实的物质基础。
