主要研究方向及成果:
①围绕着肝癌的发病机制进行研究,通过分子生物学及细胞生物学的方法探索肝癌发生发展涉及的主要信号通路及靶点;
②利用尾静脉高压注射转染法将不同的癌基因直接转染至小鼠的肝脏细胞基因组上,从而诱发小鼠原位肝癌或者肝内胆管癌等肝脏肿瘤的发生。这种模型周期短(4-6周),稳定性高,成功率高(95%以上),成本低,在未来将逐渐取代传统利用化学致癌剂诱发的肝癌模型。相关研究结果以第一作者发表在肝脏学权威杂志Journal ofHepatology及Hepatology上;
③利用各种体内外肿瘤模型进行药物评价;
④围绕创新型核酸检测系统进行产品研发及产业化。
