童擎一,博士,副教授,硕士、博士生导师。2014年6月毕业于四川大学生物治疗国家重点实验室,获医学博士学位;2014年7月进入华中科技大学同济医学院药学院从事博士后研究,2018年5月留校任讲师;2019年11月至今任副教授。承担本科生《药理学》,研究生《药学生物技术》、《应用药理学》等课程的理论和实验教学,参与的《药理学》获2021年度省级一流本科课程认定。已在Nucleic Acids Research,Angewandte Chemie-International Edition, Frontiers in Immunology,Organic Letters和Chinese Chemical Letters等学术期刊上发表SCI论文50余篇,其中一作和通讯(含共同)SCI论文20余篇,总引用超过1000,H因子21。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金和面上项目各1项,中国博士后科学基金面上项目2项,湖北省自然科学基金面上项目1项,华中科技大学博士后科学基金和自主创新研究基金各1项,申请专利多项。作为参与人获2021年度湖北省科学技术奖一等奖1项。任中国药理学会会员、抗炎免疫药理专业青委会委员,湖北省毒理学会、药理学会理事,中国免疫学会会员、中医药免疫分会委员。Current Medical Science、医药导报、中国药师等杂志编委、审稿人。

研究方向
1.肿瘤药理研究:从肿瘤的分子病理出发,采用分子生物学、细胞生物学等方法,开发针对恶性肿瘤的新药或治疗策略,并研究相关机制。
2.新药发现与机制研究:建立多种新颖的疾病模型,在此基础上采用高通量筛选方法筛选出具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、免疫调节、代谢调节等活性的化合物,并采用多学科交叉方法评价其疗效和安全性、阐明其作用机制。
3.药物靶点发现和确证研究:采用化学生物学、蛋白组学等技术在分子和细胞水平上研究药物的靶点,并采用多学科交叉方法在体外和体内对靶点进行确证。
